Workflow · Scheduling
See conflicts before they're conflicts.
The calendar tells you what's missing. The crew picker warns you about currency. Duty time recomputes as flights happen. Your scheduler sees risk while they're building, not after.
Blockers, on the month view.
Every trip on the fleet calendar carries computed flag codes — PIC_MISSING, CATERING_PENDING, OVERNIGHT_NOT_SCHEDULED, FLIGHT_RELEASE_MISSING. You see what's incomplete without clicking into a single trip.
Type-rated, current, available.
Filter by aircraft type. See availability on a Gantt. Get a warning when a pilot's currency expires during the trip window.
Hard, soft, and stranded.
Confirmed trips block. Drafts warn. Stranding — crew or aircraft stuck somewhere with no return leg — gets its own flag.
When your aircraft isn't where it needs to be.
The King Air is sitting in Aspen. Your next charter departs Chicago. Tropiq proposes the ferry leg, iterates up to five times for chained mismatches, and stops cleanly if no progress can be made.
Every scheduling decision, informed.
Conflicts, currency, repositions, and the calendar in one mental model.
Status × Category split
Filter "all confirmed charters" or "all active executive trips" in one click. No bitmask decoding inherited from a 2009 schema.
Crew picker with currency warnings
Type-rating filter, Gantt-style availability, and badges when a pilot's currency expires inside your trip window. Stop a violation before you create one.
Conflict detection with severity
Hard conflicts on confirmed/dispatched trips block. Soft conflicts on draft/pending warn. Crew stranding flagged separately.
Auto-repositioning suggester
The aircraft is in Aspen, the next charter departs Chicago. We propose the ferry leg. Iterates up to five times for chained mismatches.
Real-time duty time
24h, 7d, 30d, calendar month, calendar year. FAR-cited. 85% warns; over the limit blocks. In-progress legs count by elapsed time, not full duration.
Aircraft blocks
MX windows and owner holds appear as gray blocks on the calendar. Recurring blocks supported. Scheduling on a held tail fails fast.
Crew unavailability
Sick, training, vacation — with reason. Renders on the picker Gantt; overlap query catches blocks that start before the window.
Document expiry alerts
Registration, insurance, airworthiness, crew medicals, type ratings. 30-day and 7-day warnings. Expired can block release.
Owner-initiated trip requests
Owners submit flight requests through the portal. Lands in dispatch inbox with a clear status loop back to the owner. Fewer phone calls.
