Built by operators,
for operators.

We managed a fleet of owner aircraft. Like most mid-market operators, we used AirplaneManager for scheduling, spreadsheets for weight & balance, Excel for SIFL tax, and paper for duty time tracking.

Every tool was disconnected. Every handoff lost data. When we looked for a modern replacement, we found FL3XX — built for enterprise charter ops with 50+ aircraft and a 5-person ops department. And Portside — a holding company rolling up the entire aviation software market into a bundle of acquired products. Nothing served operators our size.

So we built Tropiq: 190+ features, zero integrations required for compliance, and a migration path from AirplaneManager that takes a weekend. One platform for dispatch, compliance, financials, and crew — plus Tropic EFB on the iPad for pilots.

Operator-first

Every feature is tested against a real flight department's daily workflow. We don't build for demo slides — we build for Monday morning at 5am when you're dispatching the first flight.

Complete by default

FRAT, W&B, SIFL, duty time, fatigue — compliance tools ship with the platform. They're not add-on modules with separate invoices. You shouldn't need 5 subscriptions to run a 5-aircraft fleet.

Migration, not lock-in

Your data is yours. We import it cleanly from AirplaneManager and export it freely. No switching costs, no hostage data, no multi-year contract trapping you in.

Two products. One platform.

Tropiq is two products: Tropiq FMS for dispatchers and operations, and Tropic EFB (tropiq.app) for pilots. They sync bidirectionally — dispatchers push tripsheets to the EFB, pilots push flight logs back to the FMS.

No other flight management platform ships both. FL3XX has 4 separate mobile apps. Portside has none. AirplaneManager has a basic PWA. Tropiq ships a real EFB with weather briefings, weight & balance, airport data, and post-flight logging.
