Switch to Tropiq

Still on AirplaneManager?
There's a way out.

Tropiq imports your entire AirplaneManager database — aircraft, crew, passengers, trips, and financial history — and gets you live in a weekend.

AM was the right tool in 2009.
It's 2026.

Your operation outgrew it. These aren't nice-to-haves — they're how modern Part 135 ops work.

No compliance

No FRAT, no W&B, no SIFL, no duty time automation, no fatigue scoring, no flight release. You're doing all of this on paper or Excel.

No mobile

Your captain checks weather on ForeFlight, reads a printed tripsheet, and enters the flight log at the FBO. None of it talks to dispatch.

No updates

Same UI, same stack, same limitations. Meanwhile your FAA inspector is asking about your FRAT process.

What you get with Tropiq

Every feature ships natively. No add-ons, no third-party subscriptions.

FRAT Risk Assessment

Auto-populated from weather, runway, crew duty, and MX flags.

Flight Release

10-item checklist with timestamps and full audit trail.

Duty Time

FAR 135.267 rolling window tracking. Blocks dispatch at limits.

Weight & Balance

CG envelope validation — not a spreadsheet.

SIFL Tax

IRS 1.61-21(g) computed natively. No BART subscription.

Fatigue Scoring

Auto-computed FRMS. No Pulsar subscription.

Tropic EFB

Weather, tripsheets, W&B, and flight logs on your pilots' iPads.

AI Reporting

Ask questions in plain English. Get answers from your data.

Real-Time Ops

Multi-user presence, fleet map, FIDS ops board.

Everything migrates. Automatically.

Three days. Zero spreadsheets.

No CSV exports. No manual data entry. We handle everything.

1

Connect

Provide your AM credentials. Our migrator connects read-only — nothing is modified in your AirplaneManager account.

2

Review

We import everything automatically. You review your data in Tropiq and flag anything that needs attention.

3

Go live

Switch over. Your AM account stays active — run both in parallel until you're confident.

Migration FAQ

How long does the migration take?

For AirplaneManager, the automated import runs in a few hours and you can be live in a weekend. For FL3XX and Portside, we work with your team over 1-2 weeks to export, map, and verify your data.

Is my data safe during migration?

Yes. For AM, we connect read-only — nothing is modified. For all platforms, sensitive fields (passport numbers, driver's licenses) are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM in Tropiq.

Can I keep using my current platform during the transition?

Absolutely. We recommend running both systems in parallel for a few days. Your existing account is untouched.

What does migration cost?

Migration is included with your Tropiq subscription. No additional fees, regardless of which platform you're coming from.

Do you offer a trial?

Yes. We'll set up a demo environment with your data so you can evaluate Tropiq with real information, not sample data.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Month-to-month billing. Cancel anytime.
