What we collect

When you request a demo or quote on this website, we collect your name, work email, phone number, number of aircraft managed, and current FMS. We use this information to provide demo access, respond to your request, and follow up about Tropiq FMS.

How website requests are handled

Demo and quote requests are saved in Tropiq's lead system. They may also be copied to our FMS Website Leads table in Airtable and emailed to hello@tropiqfms.com so our team can follow up. After a successful demo request, the website opens the Tropiq FMS sandbox. We record when the sandbox first opens and when a visitor first selects a demo role or customer-facing view so our team knows whether demo access was used. The browser carries an opaque identifier for this purpose; form details are not placed in the sandbox URL. Do not enter real passenger, crew, customer, or other sensitive information in the sandbox.

Analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to understand website traffic and improve the site. Analytics does not load until you select Accept analytics, and you can change your choice through Cookie settings. We do not send the information entered in demo or quote forms to analytics.

Data in Tropiq FMS

Data stored in the Tropiq FMS application—including aircraft, crew, trips, passengers, and financial records—is covered by the applicable customer agreement and data-processing terms. Selected sensitive fields, including passport and driver's-license information, use field-level encryption and access controls.
